Advantages of the Ayurvedic nutrition
On this page we would like to show you more closely the health effects of a correct ayurvedic vegetarian nutrition. Forget thereby the typical ‚cheese sandwich with salad", which is connected in this country with vegetarianismus.
An improvement of the health can be achieved only with a balanced, original, ayurvedic way of life. Medical research brings increasingly ever more verifications, those argue for a vegetarian nutrition:
• „90 to 97% of the heart diseases could be avoided by meatless food “(journal OF the American Medical Assosiation, 176/1961);
• “the large intestine cancer, caused due to 80% non-correctly alimentation, occurs not that often with a vegetarian nutrition… further positive findings with vegetarians, is the very lower value of creatin and the urine acid one; gout occurs with vegetarians evidently more rarely than with “meat-eaters”. The same applies to the illnesses of the kidney. “(New inhabitants of Zurich newspaper of 27.07.1986)
• „It goes also without meat: There are many combinations of vegetable food, whose protein mixture is at least as high-quality as animal protein.: “(Health planners 1990, Zurich, health management)
• „The superstition is exterminated that, who does not eat meat suffers of a lack of iron. A five-years- study proved that bodies, which got lower iron quantities (meat supplies 30% of our food iron) simply dissolve more iron from the given food. It is similar with the calcium. “(The world week, Zurich, 1987)
• and some more for convinced doubter: “Dry beans bring it on average on three times more iron as a roasted pig. They over-bid the magnesium content of a banana around the quadruple. And with the calcium it takes up for instance the white dry bean with each farmer’s cheese. Besides these mineral components are important for the blood formation, muscle power and the building of bones. The small “multi-talents” convince also through plentifully B-Vitamine, those stimulate metabolism and prevent lack-conditioned concentration problems…” (Pharmacies Umschau, Nov. 2006)
But for a long time, before the scientific research supplied verifications, a large amount of men and women of world history were convinced vegetarians.
Thus for example Leonardo da Vinci meant: “Truely are humans the king of the animals, because its cruelty exceeds theirs one. We live on the death of others. We are walking gravesites! “ (by this trailer label Mr. Sablok brought me to thinking: „Stop making from your stomach a cemetery. “- afterwards meat belonged to the past!)
Pythagoras: „Everything that humans do to the animals, returns on humans again. “
Thomas Alva Edison: „I am vegetarian and anti-alcoholic, because I can make so better use of my brain. “
Isaac Bashevis Singer (American writer, Nobel prize winner of literature 1978): „We are all God creatures - that we pray to God grace and justice, while we go on eating meat of the animals which were slaughtered for, is incompatibly. “
Leo Tolstoi: „The long there are slaughter houses, the long there also will be a battleground... “
